Testing for Business Benefit - NEW

What is "Testing for Business Benefit"?

In this exciting new full day seminar, author and consultant Derk-Jan de Grood, takes a different approach. This seminar is aimed at testers that want to increase the added value of their testing work and get more commitment for their work.

The seminar teaches you how to align the output of your work with the needs of the business and how to make the added value of your testing more visible. It combines best practices with a people centred approach. We testers need commitment from our manager in order to be successful. However managers are busy people and we need to get their attention first.

Listen to their problems and find out what’s driving him or her. Derk-Jan has experienced that once you do that and align the outcome of your work with his needs as a professional, you’ll get commitment and your project will be more successful.
